GABY PARIS offers a private viewing service by appointment, allowing you to view certain items in person in a confidential and secure setting.
How it works:
- Prior booking is mandatory via this option.
- A minimum of 5 business days' notice (excluding weekends and public holidays) is required to arrange for the item to be available in the showroom.
- A minimum of 10 business days' notice (excluding weekends and public holidays) may be required for certain items coming from Japan.
- Viewings are limited to a maximum of 3 items per appointment.
The reservation fee is deductible from the final purchase if bought during the appointment.
This reservation covers the logistical, secure transport, and item availability costs at the showroom. It remains non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show, or non-purchase.
Toutes nos pièces proviennent exclusivement de fournisseurs spécialisés dans le luxe et passent un triple contrôle d’authenticité (fournisseur, en interne et technologie Entrupy).

Free shipping in France and the European Union. For other destinations, costs are calculated at checkout and include customs duties and taxes (DDP): no additional amount will be requested upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times
- Approximately 5 days for items available in our European warehouse
- Approximately 12 days for items sourced in Japan
These times are indicative and include the authenticity check carried out in our Parisian premises before dispatch. They may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. A tracking number is sent to you upon dispatch, and each package requires a signature upon delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. We will send you a prepaid label to secure the delivery; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
