In the event of a dispute regarding the authenticity of an item, please write to us at contact@gabyparis.fr within 14 days of receipt, stating your reasons. If inauthenticity is established after an adversarial assessment, you will be fully reimbursed, and we will cover both return and expert assessment costs.

We offer an authentication service at a rate of €125 (see authenticated Houses), and €225 for Maison Hermès.

At Gaby Paris, you can have your luxury bags repaired and refurbished. Our partner has over 20 years of experience with luxury brands such as Hermès and Moynat.

We will prepare a quote for you based on the repairs needed. You can send us your request by filling out the form on our website under the "Services" menu, then "Renovation and Repair" section.

The total delivery time includes receiving the item at our Paris premises, its authenticity check, and then its shipment to your delivery address.

Delivery is free in mainland France and throughout the European Union. For Switzerland, international destinations, and overseas territories, fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms: customs duties and taxes are paid by us and then remitted to the relevant authorities. No additional amount will be requested upon receipt: the price paid is the final price.

Each order is carefully packaged and shipped by DHL, Colissimo, or Chronopost depending on the nature, format, and value of the item, with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery.

Yes. Delivery is free throughout the European Union. For Switzerland, international, and overseas destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, under DDP terms: customs duties and taxes are collected by us and then remitted to the competent authorities, to avoid any unpleasant surprises upon receipt.

Each order is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note: Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within France and the European Union. No returns are accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union, and paid customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Write to us at contact@gabyparis.fr: we will inform you of the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label. Return shipping costs are at your expense and deducted from the refund.

The item must be returned complete, unworn, with its accessories, packaging, and its security seal intact.

Returns are only accepted for orders delivered in France and within the European Union. No returns are accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union, and paid customs duties and taxes are not refundable.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, usually within 7 business days, to the original payment method.

Yes, each purchase comes with a GABY PARIS invoice, which serves as proof of purchase.

For leather goods, an Entrupy authentication certificate is also provided.

Our prices are set according to the rarity, condition, market, and resale value of the pieces, while ensuring a fair and competitive price.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfers.

Payment in installments may be offered by PayPal at checkout, subject to eligibility.

Staggered payment by bank transfer, without fees or interest, can also be arranged directly with the Maison, over a maximum period of three months. The amounts paid constitute firm and definitive deposits, non-refundable if you withdraw. The item is reserved in your name from the first payment and shipped to you after full payment has been received. If the Maison were unable to honor the sale, the amounts paid would be fully refunded to you. Write to us at contact@gabyparis.fr to arrange the terms.

All payments are protected by secure protocols and your bank details are never stored by the Maison.
