When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, mailing address, phone number And e-mail address.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the secure e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. Your data is stored on Shopify's secure, firewall-protected servers that comply with international standards.

Payments: If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify temporarily stores your credit card information. This data is encrypted and deleted once the transaction is finalized. All gateways comply with the standard PCI-DSS (PCI Standards Council: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES TIERS

Some third-party providers (payment, shipping, marketing, statistics, etc.) collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform their services. They apply their own privacy policies, which we invite you to consult.

Examples of service providers likely to intervene: transport (Colissimo, Chronopost, Chrono Shop / Shop2Shop, UPS, DHL), email marketing (Shopify Email, Klaviyo), analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Meta Ads/Google Ads).

Some providers may operate in other jurisdictions; your data may then be subject to local laws (e.g., the Patriot Act in the United States). Once you leave our store or are redirected to a third-party site/app, you are no longer governed by this Policy or our Terms of Service.
