How it works

1 · Order online

Select your authentication method — in-person appointment or by mail — then the house concerned, Hermès or other. In the “Special instructions for the order” field, state the exact model of your item, its colour and its serial number: this speeds up the analysis.

2 · Email confirmation

For an in-person appointment, you receive the address of our authentication office in the west of Paris and a link to book your slot. For a postal submission, you receive the shipping instructions. Return shipping is included in the price; GABY PARIS takes care of sending your item back.

3 · Authentication

Analysis of the item with ENTRUPY technology, followed by a digital certificate of authenticity if it is recognised as authentic. Allow about thirty minutes for an in-person appointment.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. We will send you a prepaid label to secure the delivery; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
