RETURN CONDITIONS

The Buyer fully understands and accepts the terms and conditions below:

1. All deposits paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. All buyers must examine the items virtually using photos or physically before making any payment.
3. All items sold are as is, and Gaby Paris is not responsible for wear and tear of items after sale.
4. Gaby Paris guarantees the authenticity of all items sold. However, returns and full refunds are possible for unique cases concerning the authenticity of an item, which will be examined on a case-by-case basis and which can be proven and deemed inauthentic by at least 2 professional authenticators and/or authorized resellers of the respective brand within 14 days of receipt of the goods (by written proof).
5. The customer has the choice of receiving their order either by tracked Colissimo or by insured carrier due to the value of the item(s). The buyer is therefore responsible for choosing an uninsured package. Gaby Paris cannot be held responsible in any way for loss, theft, or damage to the package(s) shipped.
6. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The Customer is duly informed that the items are all protected by means of a “tamper-evident seal” which must only be broken by the Customer if he is certain of using the purchased item.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 30 days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@gabyparis.fr.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange them, please email us at contact@gabyparis.fr and send your item with insurance for the amount of the item(s) and a tracking number to: GABY PARIS 47 boulevard de Courcelles 75008 Paris, France.

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return a product, you must send it by post with insurance and a tracking number to: GABY PARIS 47 boulevard de Courcelles 75008 Paris, France.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
