Place your authentication order by selecting:
- Your authentication method: in-person appointment or postal delivery
- The luxury brand in question: Hermès or other luxury brands
- In the field “Special instructions for ordering”, indicate the exact model of your part and the maximum amount of useful information (model, color, serial number, etc.) to facilitate and speed up authentication.
2️⃣ Confirmation by email :
After validation and payment:

Physical meeting You will receive the exact address of our authentication office (located in the 92nd department) as well as a Calendly link to reserve your time slot.

Postal delivery : you will receive complete shipping and return instructions. Return shipping costs are already included in the price and GABY PARIS will take care of reshipping your item.
3️⃣ Authentification :

Analysis of the item (leather goods and small leather goods) using technology ENTRUPY.

Handing over a ENTRUPY × GABY PARIS digital certificate of authenticity, if the piece is recognized as authentic.
Duration of the face-to-face meeting: approximately 30 minutes.
The address and appointment booking link are sent only after order validation and payment.

These times are indicative and include the authenticity check carried out in our Parisian premises before dispatch. They may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. A tracking number is sent to you upon dispatch, and each package requires a signature upon delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. We will send you a prepaid label to secure the delivery; its cost will be deducted from the refund.
