To authenticate your bag, please provide us with the following information:

1. Your first name, last name, full address, mobile number, email
2. The brand of your bag, the model of your bag
3. Any details you deem useful to provide to us.

All this information must be sent to us at the following email address: contact@gabyparis.fr

Your bag to be authenticated must be sent to us by courier with a signature. The shipping address will be communicated to you by email after validation of the information you have provided.

If the authentication is positive, we will send you the certificate by return email.

Your bag will be returned to you by Colissimo with signature.

• New: Brand new item, never used/worn.
• Excellent: Item in perfect condition, rarely used/worn or never used/worn.
• Good: Used/worn item, with signs of wear from use. All these elements are described in detail or visually declared on the product photos.
• Good: Frequently used/worn item with visible signs of wear. Any imperfections are described in detail and/or visually stated in the product photos.
